Written Comprehensive Exams for Fall 2008
Will be given on October 15, 2008, Room 207 in the Library computer lab 9am-3pm

Planned Program
All students should meet with their assigned advisor early in their first term and develop a planned program of study. The planned program must conform to the program published in the Graduate Catalog at the time of admission. In additon to required courses, students should specify all elective courses that they intend to take as part of their degree program. A copy of your planned prgoram must be submitted to the Graduate School.

Apply for Graduation
All students must apply for graduation prior to the beginning of the semester in which they intend to graduate. Students will be considered for graduation only if they have an overall and program grade point average of 3.0 or higher at the beginning of the term in which they wish to graduate. Please review the information posted on the Apply for Graduation section of this website.

Comprehensive Examinations
All students must meet with their advisor to schedule their comprehensive exams. Students must apply for graduation prior to the scheduling of their comprehensive examinations. Students electing to do a thesis may be exempt from comprehensive examination requirements other than the oral defense of their thesis.
